Meet a couple of our teachers!

Meagan Jeffries

She continued her dance education at her local dance studio where she had the opportunity to compete for 16 years. At the age of 13, Meagan was offered a spot in Downbeats Tap Company. This company traveled throughout Ontario performing for various tap festivals and conventions. She also was able to perform on Canada’s popular television network MuchMusic as Jessie McCartney and Shawn Desmond’s back up dancer. Since graduating high school Meagan attended Loyala Marymount University and double majored in Dance and History.  Meagan has had the opportunity to work with choreographers such as: Sonya Tayeh, Jason Myhre, Ricky Lam, Mike Esperanza, Denise Leitner, Holly Johnston, and many more. At LMU Meagan has also taught and staged her own works tying history and dance together. Since graduating from LMU, Meagan has worked for School of Dance and Music, the largest studio in the South Bay. There she was the Director of SDM’s Hip Hop Company, SDM’s Tap Company and assisted with SDM’s Jazz Company.  She was also a faculty at Adaptive Force Performing Arts. Meagan moved to Phoenix in 2016 and is teaching at a local dance company.

Cavin has over 10 years of training under his metaphorical belt that he’s eager for you to take advantage of.
Cavin is now living in Glendale, AZ with his beautiful 5’ tall, 89 lb (anything but small personality) wife and their gives-him-a-run-for-his-money 6 year old daughter. Talk about energy!
